Job DescriptionWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Order validation and processing Answer phone calls promptly to provide status updates for customersReceive and review customer orders via online platforms/customer portalAccurately enter orders into SAP with all pertinent informationVerify pricing, product availability and provide delivery information.Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to meet service levels.Provide order updates and tracking as needed.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.Work with other teams and departments as needed for resolution or updates. Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, Credit, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Applications, and others.Quote and order parts by looking up parts and providing price and availability.WHAT WE OFFER

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $50000k - $62000k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
