NA Engineering Program Manager

Join us on our digital-first journey and join the magic that is happening right now at Chubb, within our technology division. We’re innovating, iterating, and creating solutions at a rapid pace, as we continue to advance our engineering culture. As we do this, we need people to help us create a flywheel of optimization around our ways of working. If you’re someone who understands how people create technology solutions and have a knack for helping teams work more effectively, then we’re interested in speaking to you.

As the NA Engineering program lead, you’ll be the organizational and operational “go to” person for the Head of Engineering for North America Technology. You will instinctively look for ways to improve how the organization does its job, while removing friction from the teams’ day-to-day activities. You will also use your creativity and experience to suggest ways to work better and improve the overall operating culture of the team.

Within North America Technology at Chubb, we are building upon our already-existing strength of delivering superior coverage and customer experience, by leading the modernization of what insurance does and how we deliver it in a digital way. This means technology is infused into the business and technology experts sit at the table with our insurance experts. To do this, we will continue to understand each other better as we leverage our collective strengths. By being a part of the digital-first journey at Chubb, you will be at the forefront of driving change by helping our engineering team work more efficiently and effectively.
