Music Thanatologist- Chaplaincy at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center 

Full-Time/Day Shift 

Provides prescriptive music vigils with harp and voice, to address the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of palliative care and dying patients throughout the continuum of care. Provides education about music-thanatology to staff and community.

Required Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or GED     Coursework/Training: Education to meet certification, requirement as determined by Music-Thanatology Association International (MTAI). Certification by MTAI (Music-Thanatology Association International) within 2 years of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of Music Thanatology experience.
