Multiple Production Operator Roles – Fixed Term Doncaster Role description
We have a new opportunity for 18 candidates to join our Doncaster plant for a period of 6 months to help deliver our business strategy. We have multiple roles available, including Machine Operator, Cold End Operator, Quality Control Line Inspector, Print Operator, Palletiser Operator and Packed Ware Audit. These roles have a broad range of varying responsibilities, and we will align candidates to the best fit for their skills.
All roles are available on 6 month fixed-term contract on our 12-hour shift rota (DDNN RRRRRR).
Responsibilities: Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations Monitor, observe and report on production equipment Communicate effectively with the team and across departments to resolve problems quickly Identify defects and prioritise quality Repair basic faults and seek to continuously improve Required skills / qualifications: Be organised with a high attention to detail Be self-motivated Have good communication skills and be a team player Have good observational skills Be proactive What we offer The salaries for these roles range from minimum £34,306 - £43,976 maximum, depending on salary grade. Salaries are paid monthly Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions 21 shifts holiday when working the 5 crew 12-hour shift rota. Holidays are built into the shift 5 crew AXA Healthcare Health and wellbeing initiatives, such as Occupational Health and cycle to work scheme
