Role Summary

Primarily internal facing role providing administrative support to the Multinational Strategy Manager and North American Service Delivery Manager in providing governance, oversite, and service assistance to our Multinational teams in the US, Canada and Bermuda.

How you will create an impact:

Provide administrative support to Multinational North American Strategy Manager and Multinational Service Delivery Manager in service guidance and oversight of multinational accounts produced in the US, Canada and Bermuda and accounts serviced by our US and Canada Issuing Offices.  Tasks include:Develop an understanding of the Multinational Insurance end-to-end process including the tasks, applications, and tools therein.Running and distributing production and service reports to all North American Multinational stakeholders.Assisting in analysis of results and improvement recommendationsAssisting in Peer Review and other quality reviewsAssisting in service escalations from local Issuing Offices and North America Producing Offices.Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, primarily internal.Assist in review of handoffs from Field to Producing Office team for improvements.

What you'll need to succeed:

1+ year of insurance experience or equivalent foundational insurance knowledge preferred.  Experience working in a servicing environment (broker or company background) preferred.Knowledge of multiple lines of commercial insurance is preferred.Strong administration skills and attention to detailComputer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, WordStrong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management skills with ability to organize and prioritize work to meet service level requirements and deadlines.Team player

For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $48,000 - 52,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
