Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Multimedia designer / Instructional Designer to join our global learning innovation team in Brno, Czechia. In this role, you will design, record, and edit instructional videos to support our MSD field service organization. You’ll collaborate with various teams to build engaging learning content that improves job skills and technical knowledge.

Main responsibilities:Create, edit, and produce instructional videosAdvise the team on multimedia designGuide team members in video creationLead or contribute to projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Who You Are:Creative & self-driven, with strong communication and teamwork skillsExperienced in multimedia design/video creationAbility to create engaging learning content using video and animationTechnical background or experience that helps in understanding high-tech concepts of electron microscopes (nice to have)Skilled in problem-solving and thinking outside the boxProficient in English (spoken & written)Open to occasional traveling

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Arts/Science, Filmography, or related field)Proven experience in multimedia design and video production
