GENERAL SUMMARY
The Multimedia Designer II is responsible for the design and production of enterprise advertising media content while following established graphic standards and guidelines. 

CORE SCOPE OF POSITION

Manages design/builds from concept to implementation efficiently.  Prioritizes, processes and implements projects based on job assignments, and assigned departmental requests.  Communicates design and media build with supervisors and media team.  Generates media content for print, billboard, collateral, web, out of home, digital signage, and television.  Follows established graphic standards and guidelines. Collaborates on assigned projects with the media team and coordinates with assigned client departments to fulfill their media requests Designs and develops concepts and direction for projects.  Proposes, directs, and creates multimedia graphics and photography.  Operates a computer for a variety of graphic activities, including publishing and layout, production, illustration, and file preparation.  Receives specific copy and text content for layout from copywriter for design/ build.  Ensures work is consistent with organization branding and industry best practice.  Resolves problem beyond expectations without consulting a supervisor or escalates as needed. Maintains the assigned ticket log and task system to ensure timely completion of projects, meeting all required due dates. Stores and labels all in progress and completed projects.  Maintains equipment supply inventory. Participates in weekly staff meetings to communicate progress and problems.  Stays informed of trends and innovative techniques in order to be competitive in the multimedia design environment.  Maintains knowledge and promotes current promotions and events, advertising one or more features of the property.  Follows all department and casino standards and expectations to deliver exceptional guest service. Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained. Performs all other duties as assigned.
