Job DescriptionTo actively market all products and services to customers whilst providing a prompt and efficient service. Provide support to staff by retrieving records upon request and assisting in record-related queries, ensuring timely responses.Ensure all records are stored securely, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting sensitive information according to FNB’s data security policies.Oversee the creation, organization, and classification of records within the company, ensuring that all records are filed accurately and consistently for easy retrieval.Manage the full lifecycle of records from creation and maintenance through to retention and final disposition, ensuring proper documentation is maintained at all stages.Implement and maintain archiving systems for the secure storage of inactive records, ensuring records are readily accessible for authorized staff when needed.Job Details
