Quality Project Leadership\: Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact Six Sigma projects to improve capability and stabilize processes of the Tlaxcala campusSolve mission-critical issues by employing advanced problem-solving techniques and ensuring the use of industry-standard and best-practice methods. Lead and support cost-of-poor-quality, FPY, Scrap, Excess and Obsolete and warranty reduction efforts. Data Analysis and Reporting\: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management. Change Management\: Act as a key partner to the business and leaders  in changes made from Black Belt projects and apply Look across in relevant areas across the region Six Sigma Training & Mentorship\: coach Green Belts, and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
