As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX, you'll manage multiple functional areas within manufacturing—such as machining, assembly, tooling, and packaging—ensuring operational excellence in support of critical defense programs.




What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and coordinate operations across more than one manufacturing function (machining, assembly, tooling, packaging, etc.).
Supervise and lead a represented workforce to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.
Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring timely execution and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Manage employee training, certification, and skills development to support technical and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with all core processes, audits, and program-specific procedures.
Drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Quality, Engineering, and Labor Relations.
Administer personnel actions including recruitment, selection, performance assessments, promotions, and disciplinary measures.

Basic Qualifications:
•Experience with Manufacturing &/or Production Operations methodologies

•Experience using tooling, machines, &/or systems typically used in a production/manufacturing environment

•Experience with business metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality)
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems including, PDM, MRP, SFM, and EWI.
• Previous development experience.
• Working Knowledge of Crew Plans.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience supervising a multi-purpose team towards daily goals.
• Driven mindset towards continuous improvement
• Ability to take disciplinary actions in line with company-union agreements

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
