As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Manager (Level 5) in Fort Worth, TX, you will lead Production Control operations within the Assembly Line build area, ensuring efficient material flow, production scheduling, and operational excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Production Control Manager, you will:
• Lead strategic planning and execution for all material and scheduling activities supporting the assembly line.
• Manage Production Control disciplines, including business process management, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive employee development, ensuring training, knowledge continuity, and professional growth for your team.
• Formulate risk mitigation strategies for cost, tools, material, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare and distribute performance metrics to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and integrate program-level strategies, optimizing processes, methods, and business practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between production, supply chain, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Production/Production Control Processes and Procedures
• Assembly Line/Flow experience
• Experience with SAP, analytical data/tools, SFM, QADS &/or MAXIMO
• Experience cost, schedule, &/or technical data reporting results to various levels of leadership, internal, and external.
• Inventory Management Experience
• Experience leading
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Production and /or Production Control Experience
• Strong background in all processes of Business Operations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
• Candidate willing and able to engage on routine and unique problems/issues to help develop solutions
• Risk identification and management experience
• Experience in bid, proposal and estimating practices, and capital budget
• Previous Leadership experience for both Salaried and Represented employees

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
