POSITION OVERVIEW:
The position is responsible for onsite coordination and overview of a project for The Annex Group. Individual should have significant experience with at least 10 years as a manager of commercial construction activities in the field and is comfortable with all facets of construction from earthwork through architectural punch lists.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Plan and schedule projects, including look ahead schedules. Coordinate with PM to ensure the schedule is on track for the projected deliverySchedule manpower daily, weekly, and monthly in accordance with project master scheduleDocumentation, quality control, and safety oversight on the job utilizingControl project costs by weekly evaluation of labor, material, and equipment costsSuccessfully receive, and routinely inventory any/all materials procured by GCEvaluate work in place or proposed budget estimates based upon actual incurred output as well as historical comparable analysisDemonstrate superior construction process knowledgePossess strong field acumen, awareness, and technical expertiseEnsure successful project delivery by recognizing and meeting all the owner/client’s needsProvide leadership through team building and communicationManage, mentor, and coach project-level subordinates, foremen, carpenters, laborers, etc.Ensure an organized and tidy job siteSchedule and ensure the success of building and site inspectionsMaintain a good relationship with local officialsPrepare and input daily reposting and photo documentation in Procore in conjunction with the Assistant Superintendent RequirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Field experience is extremely valuable, a Bachelor’s degree is a plusMulti-family market experience is requiredSignificant experience with at least 10 years as a manager of commercial construction activities in the field. Must possess superior construction knowledge, excellent personal management skills, scheduling expertise, good knowledge and use of cost control procedures, and the ability to monitor and potentially control several projects at a timeWorking knowledge of email and MS Office is necessaryAbility and willingness to effectively use other job-related technology toolsOSHA, LEED, and other professional accreditations preferred but not requiredPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
