Job Description SummaryThe Stream lead will act as a business analyst. Holding a strong knowledge of both the MTA business processes and our technology capabilities. You will be the interface between the Business Keys users and the Technical support team. You are not a user but knowledgeable in the system and its capabilities – you are the Level 2 Support.
Responsibilities include the ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements working in conjunction with the Technical Architect and Product Manager as well as with support and development teams as required.
You will be required to support the continuous improvement of MTA processes using digital solutions.
You will work with the wider team (DT and Business) to drive adoption across the MTA application portfolio.

In this role, you will:

Have the capability to answer functional “how to” questionsTransfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified functionalities and assists with/provides training/coachingProvide input to definition and modification of business processes by gathering the needs of change requests shared by key usersCommunicate in local language and EnglishPerform data quality checks for local business dataSupport acceptance and regression testing of solved tickets, change requests and support packages when necessaryParticipate to the project team, when relevant and provide deliverables according to the time and quality criteria.

Qualification/Requirements:
