**Job Purpose and Impact**
+ The Supervisor II, Managerial Accounting job sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operational results for the team responsible for measuring business performance and supporting business decision making with financial information. This job oversees and presents on financial analysis, research and recommendations to support business decisions, financial analysis and forecasting. This job also coordinates close partnerships with business leaders to understand business needs and drive strategic business improvements.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ REPORTING PRESENTATION: Coordinates drafting and presenting both financial and non financial reports for internal partners to facilitate understanding and to ensure reporting standards best meet the needs of business leaders.
+ BUSINESS PERFORMANCE INTERPRETATION: Reviews reports and dashboards to track business performance against plans, budgets, forecasts and other key performance indicators, and communicates results to management for strategic interpretation and measurement. .
+ DECISION SUPPORT: Leads and reviews financial analysis and research, ensuring accurate and timely communication of insights based on financial analysis and research to support strategic business decision making.
+ RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Fosters strong partnerships with business leaders, business teams and collaborators to understand local and regional business needs and support strategic business improvements.
+ PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: Collaborates with cross functional teams to implement financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
+ RISK & CONTROL REPORTING: Leads and reviews various complex reports including risk and mitigation controls reports, custom transaction code reports and sensitive role reports for gap assessment and cleanup activities to identify and address any gaps, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies in an organization's control environment.
+ TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
