They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Job Summary:
A career in our Managed Services team offers the opportunity to manage enterprise batch operations and scheduling for clients. As a Job Scheduler specializing in ESP/D-Series, you will ensure reliable, efficient, and timely execution of enterprise workloads while supporting automation and SLA adherence.

Minimum of 2 years with ESP/D-Series job scheduling

Job Responsibilities:
Manage batch jobs and enterprise scheduling using ESP/D-Series
Monitor job execution, troubleshoot failures, and resolve issues
Maintain SLA compliance and job dependencies
Develop scripts to optimize automation (Unix/Linux)
Document job flows and scheduling strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with ESP or ESP D-Series scheduler
Knowledge of SLA scheduling and job dependencies
Experience in batch monitoring and issue resolution
Unix/Linux scripting
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
ITIL framework understanding
Exposure to other workload automation tools
Effective written and verbal communication
