Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a MS Dynamics Solution Architect to join their team to support an exciting project with Deloitte and the US Department of the Treasury – Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Sanctions Support Division! OFAC is an office within the US Department of the Treasury, which is responsible for targeting, publishing, and enforcement of US sanctions policy. OFAC needs a skilled solution architect possessing Microsoft domain knowledge to assist in modernizing OFAC’s IT infrastructure supporting their case management workflows which will include internal/external applications, data intake model, and document management structures. The solution architect will function as a trusted advisor to OFAC key decision makers, OFAC business users, and internal teams to research, advise, and architect a best-in-industry conceptual solution (proof of concept) that addresses OFAC organizational IT objectives. 

Architect conceptual high-level Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution in alignment with client technical requirements, business workflows, and IT objectivesArchitect data model and write ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) to Snowflake or DataverseBuild solution roadmap, timeline for release 1, and provide LOE Estimation (MS Dynamics/Power Platform solution, integration services, and data migration)Apply working functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 apps, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other third-party technologiesApply domain knowledge of Microsoft tooling to support solution envisioning in the client environment. (e.g., Where to apply Dynamics 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure)Facilitate design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, availability, storage, and change managementEngage with all levels OFAC business users and key decision makersCollaborate with internal technical and functional teams to inform overall solution strategy

Requirements

10+ years of experience advising on distributed systems, Service-Oriented Architectures

10+ years of experience delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform

5+ years of experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) Development

Expert communication skills and ability to present and communicate to a technical and non-technical audience

Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 system architecture and hands on expertise in customization and configurations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience providing technical feasibility and estimates of business requirements

Experience translating an idea/concept to an implementable solution

Preferred Requirements 

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Clearance Requirements

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Secret Clearance is required. This role will additionally require practitioner to obtain Treasury MBI (Moderate Risk Background Investigation)Please be aware that onboarding can take 4-6 weeks for this position.
