Join our dynamic and challenging 2-year Leadership Rotational Training Program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the manufacturing industry. This program offers high-potential candidates an opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across various functions within our manufacturing operations. Participants will rotate through multiple departments, gaining valuable insights and skills necessary to lead and innovate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotation Assignments: Complete rotational assignments across key functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Innovation, Finance and Sales and Marketing.Project Management: Lead and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings.Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support decision-making processes.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and improve processes and workflows.Leadership Development: Participate in leadership development programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions to enhance management and leadership skills.Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex problems through critical thinking, innovative solutions, and effective implementation.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on rotational experiences, project outcomes, and progress towards personal and program goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.Experience: Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred or 2 years’ experience in current role.

Program Structure:

Duration: 2 yearsRotations: Multiple 4–6-month rotations across various functions and locationsMentorship: Assigned a mentor for guidance and career developmentEvaluations: Regular performance evaluations to assess progress and provide feedbackTravel: Must be able to travel up to 50%
