Apple Roofing is seeking a MRP Regional Estimator to join our expanding team. This role involves detailed analysis, estimation, and coordination of roofing projects throughout the region. The MRP Regional Estimator will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate estimates are provided in a timely manner, supporting our commitment to delivering superior service and quality to customers. Key Responsibilities: + • Owns Zip Codes & Accountable for SLAs along with MRP admin + Takes assignment directly o Works directly with sales team to ensure best customer service & closing % + Owns file until approved estimate o First Contact 1 hour o Inspection 24 Hour o Estimate Complete 24 hours + Access to TPA portals for communication + Writes in xm8 and Symbility + Sends estimate to MRP QC and best practices team + R. I. Estimating and supplementing + Participate in supporting with the MRP estimator team to provide estimating service for all insurance claims + R.I Supplement + RC will have insurance scope of loss, photos and scope of work being performed prior to meeting + MRP claims in region are priority so regional estimator will request assistance as needed + R.I From scratch estimate ▪ RC will have photos and scope of work being performed prior to meeting + MRP claims in region are priority so regional estimator will request assistance as needed + • RC training and coaching o Work with sales team to train inspection and certify MRP RC status + Help build local outside (1099/I.A.) resources to prepare for CAT event + Works as an estimating team + Constant communication with MRP Estimators to support his market needs + One team one goal + Never turn it off always hit SLAs + Performance reviews o With Estimating managers and Nick K + SLA performance o Total estimates written by category (MRP, RI Supplement RI from scratch) + RC training and general sales team feedback Benefits + Sick Leave: 3 days paid sick leave. Prorated based on what quarter in the year employment begins. Unused sick leave is not paid out upon separation. + Vacation; 80 hours of paid vacation per year during the first 5 years of employment. Up to 40 hours of unused vacation can roll over to the next year, with no more than (120) hours of accrued vacation at any time in a single year. After 5 years employment 120 hours of paid vacation can be accrued through the year, 40 hours of unused vacation allowed to rollover to the next year, with no more than (160) hours of accrued vacation at any time in a single year. + Health Insurance: Employee will be eligible in group medical, dental and vision benefits on the first of the month 30 days after employment. + Retirement Fund: Employees will be eligible to contribute in a 401k plan on the first of the month 60 days after employment. Apple roofing will match a maximum of 25% of 6% of employee contributions(or1.5%)
