Position Purpose

\n

Utilize and maintain the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), in order to schedule and monitor maintenance work, and trace and document company assets and their maintenance.

\n

Work Shift

\n

This position will be working night shift on Wednesday through Saturday.

\n

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

\n\nRecord and provide maintenance reports on KPI's (Dashboard) for the use of management.\nGenerate weekly work for maintenance employees\nEnter maintenance data such as, time and work accomplished, from employee timesheets into CMMS\nUpdate maintenance reports for utility usage and waste water quality conditions and communicate this information through e-mail\nAssist and collaborate with department supervisors to schedule work, create new preventative maintenance (PM) procedures.\nSchedule and print employee timesheets for following day(s)\nUpdate maintenance reports on employee time and overtime, PM / Non-routine work and project completion, and company downtime and utility usage. Communicate this information through e-mail and hard-copy format.\nEnter data from chemical lab reports into waste water reports\nGenerate, print, and sort PMs from CMMS for maintenance employees\nUpdate report on maintenance work to be done over the weekend (Weekend List), create work orders, and communicate this information to management.

Qualifications

\n\nHigh School Diploma/GED preferred\nSix months experience in data collection preferred\nSkillful use of spreadsheets, word processing and other data collection software.\nPractical use of CMMS an Access based program or other similar software preferred.\nKnowledge of terms and equipment used in the industry\nAbility to utilize a computer to communicate, collect and sort data, and to distribute the data.\nGood people skills to communicate with associates.\n\n
