Position: MRI Technologist II

$13,000 sign on bonus!

Location: Highland Park HospitalHours: 40 hoursShift:  1st week Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm, 2nd week M, T, W, F 2:30pm-11pm and Saturday 10:30am-7pmRequired Travel: limited
 
 
What you will need:License: ARRT- MREducation: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited programCertification: CPR requiredExperience: Previous MRI Technologist experience requiredSkills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
 
 
What you will do:Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and proceduresPrepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfortReview MRI images to ensure optimum qualityAssist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed
