職務概要

ビジネスおよびサイエンスに関する経験・知見を発揮いただき、リジェネロンのリソースを効果的に活用しながら、企業理念と事業目標の達成・拡大に向けて活動いただきます。
広い担当エリアをカバーしながら顧客との関係を構築し、患者・顧客の求める製品価値の提供に向けて、エリア戦略を立案・実行していきます。
今回の募集では適応追加に伴い、30~40名の大型募集となります。
職務内容
- 患者を中心においたコミュニケーションと科学的なエビデンスに基づき、オンコロジー領域の医療従事者と関係を構築する。
- 担当エリアの販売計画・予算の管理を通じて製品の販売目標を達成する。
- 顧客インサイトと製品戦略に基づき、担当エリアにおける活動計画を立案・実行する。また、市場の変化に応じて、活動計画をタイムリーに更新する。
- 市場に関する様々なデータを活用し、戦略的に活動計画を策定する。
- 経費申請、活動レポート、顧客インサイト収集など、必要な管理業務を行う。
- リジェネロンのルールおよびコンプライアンスを遵守して業務を遂行する。
- 営業所会議、全国営業会議など、各種会議に参加する。
- リジェネロンが提供する研修プログラムを履行する。
- 必要に応じて、週末含む出張が可能である。
- 会社からの指示に従い、安全運転を心がける。
募集要件
<必須要件>
- MR経験5年以上
- KOLやAOLとの関係構築およびコミュニケーション経験
- 患者志向のマインドを持ちながら、顧客エンゲージメント能力を発揮して価値を提供した経験
- 広域エリアを担当する為の計画立案能力
- 製品/疾患/治療コンセプトを訴求する能力
- 文書、口頭、プレゼンテーション等におけるコミュニケーション能力
- 個人やグループに対して、ニーズに合わせて効果的に考えを伝える能力
- 製品戦略に基づく活動計画を自立して速やかに実行できる能力
- 一般的なPCおよびOfficeソフトの使用経験

SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for achieving Oncology sales objectives while delivering on Regeneron’s promise to put patients first. Demonstrates superior business/science acumen, effective management of resources and ability to achieve or surpass corporate goals and sales objectives. Thinks strategically and manages time effectively in order to cover wider territory than competitors, maximize customer engagement, and deliver value and solutions that are tailored to each target.
JOB DUTIES:
• Communicate with HCPs in oncology area and build relationships based on scientific evidences and interpersonal skills with patient-oriented mindset
• Achieve brand sales objectives through management of territory budget / expenses
• Develop and implement annual territory business plan based on market insights and incorporate marketing brand plans to ensure consistency. Ensure continuous and timely updates to the plan in response to changing market dynamics
• Utilize key data sources to strategically develop territory action plan
• Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing and field insight reports, and call reporting
• Work within the Regeneron regulatory and legal compliance guidelines
• Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed
• To successfully complete all training programs provided by Regeneron
• When deemed appropriate - be willing and able to travel, evening and weekend work will be required
• Drive the vehicle using safe driving practices, while complying with all current applicable laws and regulations, as well as all Regeneron directives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
• Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience to build relationships and communicate with area opinion leaders
• Possess superior customer engagement skills, with patient-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering value
• Possess excellent planning and organizational skills to cover wider territory than competitors
• Possess excellent technical aptitude and the ability to conduct disease/concept selling
• Demonstrate superb written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience
• Ability to work independently to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines
• Be computer literate including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e-mail software
Preferred:
• Therapy area knowledge in Oncology is desirable
• Up to date clinical knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands
• Sales experience in biologics
• Established Key Opinion leader relationships within Lung/Cervical
• Fluency in English is a plus but not essential for this role
Minimum Years of Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Driver License
• MR Certification
