As the Lead Mower you will be oversee mowing operations and ensure the highest quality of service and efficiency. This role also includes daily scheduling, crew management, communicating effectively, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lawn care experience who wants to step into a leadership role, work in a supportive team environment, and grow with a company that's on the rise.

Essential Duties: Organize, train, and manage lawn mowing teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with the highest quality Organize daily mowing schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Mow and trim lawns, trim around obstacles like trees and bushes and edge along the sidewalks and driveways Provide excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications: At least 1 year of commercial lawn care experience, leadership experience preferred Ability to manage crews, delegate tasks, and motivate team members Knowledge of lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment Ability to lift-up to 75 lbs Driver’s license and clean driving record
