Hire Resolve’s client in the Packaging Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Mould Setter to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities:

Managing all mould changes throughout the plant Setting machines according to the best practices Conducting mould and material trials as required Reporting and assisting with machine and mould maintenance requirements. Ensuring that machinery and moulds are effectively maintained, serviced, and stored.  Ensuring top quality products are produced. Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping and safety Any other duties reasonably requested by Team Leader or Manager. Prepared to work overtime when required.

Requirements:

N3 mechanical or electrical is essential, N4 or higher is preferred. Mechanical/Technical aptitude At least 3 years Setting experience in production and/or manufacturing FMCG or similar. Exposure to Injection or Blow moulding processing and setting is essential. Must have experience in leading Tool and Mould changes in current or previous role.

Benefits:
