Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for digital content, advertisements, social media, and branded storytelling. You will collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through engaging animations and visuals. Key Responsibilities: + Create and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, social media, and digital campaigns. + Develop engaging visual effects, typography, and animations that align with brand guidelines. + Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas. + Edit and enhance video footage using motion design techniques. + Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance content quality. + Optimize animations for different platforms, ensuring smooth playback and high performance. + Work with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: + 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design or animation. + Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus). + Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling. + Experience with video editing, 2D/3D animation, and kinetic typography. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work is required.
