Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Responsibilities Under supervision of the director, the lead tech will provide oversight for the Central Monitoring unit. Responsible for ensuring standards/policies and procedures are current and in compliance with DNV standards/regulations. Oversees organizational duties of the department including staff schedule, new employee dept orientation, coordinating staff in-service education and equipment maintenance. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School diploma or GED Must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS CPR. Must maintain any other requirements for each specific department. Must complete required departmental competencies and maintain through annual review. Job Preferred Requirements: At least one year of experience as a monitor tech preferred.
