Monitor Recovery Rep

We have an outstanding Contract position for aMonitor Recovery Repto join a leading Company located in theHouston, TXsurrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer inbound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquiries, requests, or complaints. Offer knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service).
Responsibilities :
+ Provide responsive and reliable customer service.
+ Provide liaison support between customers.
+ Coordinate with other departments as needed.
+ Perform audits to recover company equipment.
+ Understand and follow through with the process of patient inquiries, requests, and or complaints.
+ Supply knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
+ Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
