Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role involves ensuring efficient logistics coordination between our operations team, carriers, and branch offices to meet customer demands. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate on multiple projects at once is required. We are looking for a proactive team player who will contribute to our ongoing success and help streamline our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with MOD Operations and project supervisors to understand the logistics needs of each project.Manage workflow and verify production schedules to maintain seamless operations.Track and promptly resolve shipping errors or damage to ensure efficient field installation schedulesReview shipment materials before distribution to ensure everything is on schedule.Collaborate with transportation systems to facilitate prompt pick-ups and deliveries.Partner with supply chain operations to consistently meet and exceed customer demands.Track and report on-time delivery rates to management.Experience/Qualification
Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and external partners.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
