Experience with at least one project management methodology (Agile, ITIL, etc.) Working knowledge of IT infrastructure. Strong Windows OS remote desktop administration skills. Familiarity with the following technologies\: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MECM, Cisco IOS, SolarWinds, Nessus, Citrix VDI, Service Now, and Remedy. Experience with installation and configuration of enterprise network and systems infrastructure devices, cabling, and operational best practices. Experience with MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project, and Viseo. Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Ability to travel (about 25%) primarily throughout the National Capital Region but may include other CONUS locations.Clearance Required\:
Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI.Minimum Education\:
