**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
+ Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and other equipment.
+ Mount and dismount tires from wheels, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
+ Use tire-changing equipment and machines to repair and replace tires.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
+ Keep records of all tire service activities.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
