MNC Sales Supervisor - PSS - Shanghai

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Achieve/exceed bookings, sales and profitability targets set for IBS Business.
2.Project pursuit for local mega project in chemical\refinery\new material and energy industry
3.Set monthly forecast and detailed sales plan to develop responsible region sales growth
4.Lead technical exchange meeting and deliver differentiated & customized solution to customer
5.Create long-term relationship with key design institute for mega project pursuit
6.Coordinate with project manager to hold kick-off meeting
7.Complete other jobs assigned by Manager

 

Who You Are: 
You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. You quickly and significantly take action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You actively seek input from pertinent sources to make timely and well-informed decisions. You handle the risk that comes with moving forward when the outcome is not certain.

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

1.Sales/Marketing background with 7-10 years’ experience in the process control industry.
2.Degree in Automation, Engineering or IT with good business sense.
3.Experience in project pursuit sales will be a plus.
4.Good analytical, creative and problem resolution skills.
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially influencing and presentation skills.
6.Able to articulate solution offerings and its differentiation.
7.To develop creative solution to growing new business.
8.For extensive communications and presentations with customers.
9.Position has a high degree of dynamic short-term demands as well as longer term objectives to meet.
10.Build High level customer interpersonal relationship skill
11.Occupational health and safety acumen.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
1.Good command of written English.
2.Outgoing, sociable and independent.
3.Working knowledge of computers is desired.
