SAP COE offers comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation, operations, and upgrades, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem resolution, and knowledge transfer. Support employees explain the key methodology of Solution Support and how SAP engages in a holistic way, by understanding the end-to-end customer solution landscape, core business processes system landscape and process automation.

In this role, you will be responsible for S/4HANA project safeguarding task, including:

Fit-to-standard, Gap Validation and Design Review during Design Phase Deliver the technical validation for the critical business processes with focus on data consistency, exception management, integration, performance optimization, etc. Support customer’s S/4HANA Move activity Going live support. Be able to handle critical issues and deliver root case analysis during project or operation phase

 

TASKS

Fulfillment of service requests Delivers onsite and remote services, including delivering onsite and remote services for MaxAttention, Safeguarding and Mission Critical Support (Escalations & Task forces, MCS Back office) including optimization, assessment, technical integration and validation, and carries out empowering trainings and workshops. You will be responsible for S/4HANA move planning services, conversion POC, safeguarding services. Participate in S/4HANA move projects concentrating on Integration & performance topics and S/4HANA mandatory changes. Comprehension of customer’s needs and business requirements. Diagnose, root cause analysis and resolution of business process and system interruptions. Development and test of desired changes, if required including implementation Execution of proactive periodic support, maintenance activities. Advice for optimization and continuous improvement, transformation and innovation. Support customers with adoption S/4 HANA cloud solutions.

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

6 - 12 years of SAP experience and very good exposure of SAP ECC/S4HANA implementation. At least 2 full -Cycle SAP ECC or S4 Hana implementation project experience in MM module. Experience with ABAP development is a plus. Strong capabilities in business requirements understanding and SAP to be blueprint and solution design independently. Have deep knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting MM Module. Good experience and knowledge on integration like FICO/SD/PP/PS/ QM/WM, etc. Must have proven track record of delivery and working in large scale SAP ERP solutions. Must have the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional specification. Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how the SAP solution can be applied to address problems and opportunities. Should be very strong in communication, presentation, and consulting skills 

Language

English is mandatory. 

Education

Bachelor degree or above in major of Computer science, Software engineering, and IT related.

Professional Training & Certification

Any SAP ABAP certificate like HANA associate certificate, ABAP associate/professional certificate is a plus. PMP certification and /or other industry and project management certification is a plus.
