**THE ENVIRONMENT**
+ Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as…please enter certain PPE your your location (i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, etc).
+ New hires will likely be placed on an day shift, during Training only. After training has been been completed, New hires will transition to a normal production shift.etc.)
+ The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
+ This role is within a climate-controlled facility.
+ The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
You will contribute to our team by:
+ Using your tire knowledge to build high quality safe tires for our customers
+ Providing timely operational support to our production team at various points in the production process
+ Becoming efficient and proficient in material system management
+ Promoting and following quality standards as applicable in all areas
+ Following and applying all standards and guidelines during the operation and use of production equipment
+ Communicating with team personnel to maximize production efficiency
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
HS diploma /GED
Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts – days and nights.
**ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT**
1-3 year experience in manufacturing preferred
Forklift driving experience preferred.
