Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

The Mixed Signal SVE team is seeking talented engineers to support the silicon bring-up efforts for mixed signal IPs, such as DDRPHY and high-speed IOs.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the PHY Design, Firmware, PTE, and Software teams to bring up DDRPHY and debug related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the bring-up, debugging, and optimization of DDR PHY for all post-silicon teams.Anticipate and address potential issues, guiding post-silicon teams to resolve them and ensure successful product launches.Provide post-customer release support for any DDR PHY-related blocking issues.Contribute to and debug DDR training processes.Generate detailed and clear test report summaries.Develop firmware and conduct regression testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in DDR memory test development, debugging, and characterization.Understanding firmware with the ability to write code (for DDR Training).Familiarity with JEDEC specifications at electrical and protocol levels.Strong fundamental understanding of DDR PHY circuitry, including DLLs, I/O, and calibration.Knowledge of signal integrity concepts for probing memory bus signals.Proficiency with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, pattern generators, and logic analyzers, along with a solid understanding of their principles.Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, for test automation and data analysis.Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality results.Initiative and ownership in driving deliverables.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on lab experience, including soldering and instrumenting systems.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$140,000.00 - $210,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
