Job Description

The position is that of a MIS Specialist within the bridge team. This role is responsible for collating statistical information into daily, weekly and monthly formats/reports and the maintenance when required. This role monitors adherence to schedules and implementing corrective action to maintain and/or recover service level targets. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Key Result Areas
 

Primarily responsibility is to collate statistical information in predetermined formats.Integrates data into daily, weekly and monthly reports.Builds and enhances databases and reports when required.May be required to translate complex data and/or instructions into meaningful outcomes.Some interpretation required, but main function is collation of data.Ongoing written and verbal communication with stakeholders.Respond timeously and appropriately to any queries or requests received.Performs quality checks on own work.  Ensure that outputs are of a high quality.Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support as required.Delivers within the timelines and deadlines set.Co-ordinates and plans own work.Attendance & Adherence reportingAnalysis of planned vs actual performance and adherenceImplements corrective action to maintain and/or recover service level/average speed to answer targets.Monitors adherence to schedule and advises management accordingly.
 

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent organizing skillsProficient in English Computer literate - MS suite of products (SQL Server, Excel, Word, AWS, Verint Schedule, E-mail, Internet), with technical abilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong planning and organising ability, and adherence to work requirementsAbility to work under pressure and be flexibleExcellent customer Service skillsGood judgement and problem solving skillsAssertiveAnalyticalGood Interpersonal skills and positive attitudeConflict HandlingHigh EnergyAbility to work both independently and within a team contextSelf- motivatedHigh attention to detail
