Resolving malfunctions, optimizing processes and implementing improvements.
 
Qualifications and experience
Completed Degree. Diploma or Trade Tested Millwright - mechatronics (NON Negotiable) Experience working in filling/ packaging/ processing Plants ( 3-5 YRS experience) Willing to work in the Netherlands 3-5 experience in a similar position  or Maintenance Technician Experience in working in automated processing plants Fluent in English and Afrikaans and are willing to learn Dutch as well Valid Passport,driving license and clear criminal record. Willing to work shifts  
Responsibilities:
 
Resolving malfunctions in the entire machine park, from conveyor belts to advanced robots and packaging machines
 
Tackle improvement projects to make machines more efficient and reliable
 
Perform mechanical maintenance, such as replacing bearings, pumps, and chains
 
Ensure a clear transfer to the next shift, so that everything runs smoothly Perform electrical repairs, such as replacing sensors, relay,s and controllers

Respond to malfunctions and resolve them as quickly as possible
Preventive and corrective maintenance on machines on various lines
