Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Millwright to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Use welding and brazing equipment to repair broken or defective machine parts Ensure equipment is properly aligned using specialized tools such as micrometers and plumb bobs Carefully review and follow the highly technical and intricate machinery manuals Transfer machines to various sites, either for installation or repair Disassemble and reassemble machine parts when transporting them or carrying out repairs Collect and store distinct machinery parts Visit construction sites to assess potential issues or requirements Collaborate with construction workers or engineers while using the machines Comply with all plant procedures and policies Maintain good housekeeping

Requirements:

Grade 12 Millwright Trade Test Certificate N2 or higher Fabrication Workshop and equipment experience

Benefits:

Salary: R750K/yr – R850K/yr, salary negotiable Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
