Responsibilities Control grist & product quality parameters Compile and execute milling & packaging shift plan and control wheat/maize intake & milling processes for shift Control raw material & finish stock levels & rotation for shift Control and optimise people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintain the mill, machinery and equipment Ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management and manage team Qualifications Grade 12 Four to Five years relevant Milling experience Qualification in Advanced Milling SAP Health and Safety standards “PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
