Military Deception Strategic Planning Analyst
Overview Dedicated to serving those who defend the US and warfighters, Nisga’a MOSTT offers Military Operations support and Specialized Tactical Training (MOSTT). Nisga’a MOSTT’s services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support. Summary: The Military Deception Strategic Planning Analyst will provide support in the drafting, approval, and execution of current MILDEC plans and orders to enhance operational success, reduce U.S. casualties, and prevent loss of equipment. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Providing subject matter expertise to USCENTCOM Component Commands for MILDEC planning with specific expertise in MILDEC plan coordination and plan de-confliction. Providing expertise during the assessment of MILDEC operations based upon reviewing Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) defined in MILDEC plans. Providing support in coordinating with Counterintelligence assets. Providing expertise in the synchronization of MILDEC planned and current operations, activities and investments with Computer Network Operations, Electronic Warfare, operations security (OPSEC), and military information support operations in support of political and military objectives. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong ability to conceptualize, design, and drive long-term strategic initiatives. Proficiency in aligning policy recommendations with organizational goals and market trends. Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and advising on complex policy issues. Effective understanding and use of the English language, to include clear, effective, and grammatically correct oral and written communication Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Minimum Qualifications: A graduate from the Defense MILDEC Training Course IAW the current CJCSI 3211.01; (2) a graduate of a Service or Joint level MILDEC training course IAW USCENCTOM R-525-3; (3) have at least 5 years of MILDEC planning experience; and (5) have a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters or Service Component headquarters that directly supports a Geographic Combatant Command. Shall be prepared and eligible to travel, to include OCONUS, CONUS, and must be able to obtain an official passport.
