How you’ll serve our patients

As a Milieu Coordinator Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to function as a Milieu Coordinator and facilitate therapeutic groups based on core curriculum. You will also provide support to Milieu Coordinator leadership by completing and managing administrative supervisory tasks, including timekeeping, staffing, and scheduling

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

Functions as a Milieu Coordinator II; facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups, implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead in standalone programs in evenings and weekends. Will lead more advanced groups. Responsible for completing administrative tasks, including administrative supervision, program schedule, timekeeping, staff schedule/PTO management, onboarding and training. Provides support to Milieu including the following: De-escalation and crisis management, Bathroom monitoring/flush checks, and Monitoring outside breaks. Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment, Support morning routine in IP/Res programs, Collect weights, vitals and urine in some settings Provides meal monitoring and support. Provides coverage and on-call support.

Milieu Coordinator Supervisor Must haves:

Bachelors Degree- Required

2+ years of experience within behavioral health

Master's degree in mental health or related field preferred

1+ year of experience in behavioral health

Pursuing a clinical associate/intern license- preferred

Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training

Group curriculum, facilitation and therapeutic milieu skills

Knowledge and application of Trauma Informed Care

Flexibility with schedule and team assignment

Demonstrates knowledge of the variety of ways clients express stress reactions both behaviorally (e.g., avoidance, aggression, passivity) and psychologically/emotionally (e.g., hyperarousal, avoidance, intrusive memories)

Demonstrates leadership qualities with the ability to identify opportunities to improve programming and staff engagement, and a solution focused approach.

Compensation starting range for the Milieu Coordinator Supervisor role is $28.34-$33.19. The range provided is for Washington based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
