Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)Perform MIG welding on various metals, including steel and aluminum, based on specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, measuring, and positioning components.Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.MIG WELDER Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (e.g., standing, bending).Commitment to safety and attention to detail.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
