**Job Title: Shop Welder** **Job Description** Join our team as a Shop Welder, where you will join, fabricate, and repair metal. You will primarily be MIG welding while performing some TIG welding as well. - Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques - Welds components and parts in accordance with proper procedures. - Must understand how to interpret and use blueprints, welding specifications, and procedures. - Use a grinder to grind welds and de-burr. - Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness. **Hard Skills** + MIG Welding + TIG Welding + Sand casted Weld + 3+ years of experience **Work Environment** Medium to large-sized CNC machine shop in east Bakersfield, the biggest CNC shop in town. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
