As a member of our global team, you will:

Implement, execute, and maintain test cases on different devices and platforms. Carry out technical assessments on requested features and identify the scope of test requirements. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team. Conduct static and dynamic code analysis to identify potential performance bottlenecks. Perform performance benchmark testing initiatives for mobile applications to ensure optimal application performance. Work with cross-functional stakeholders in executing test plans. Following the established processes in the team as well as seeking opportunities to streamline and improve on them.

 

 

What you'll bring:

General Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience with iOS platform and understanding of Swift language. 3+ years of relevant experience in software test engineering including both white-box and black-box test methodologies. Knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance concepts, best practices, and procedures. Basic knowledge of any scripting language preferably Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Swift, with a proven track record of testing iOS applications leveraging performance, scalability, and user experience.  Analyze and identify code for efficiency, reliability, and performance. Proficient with code versioning tools, particularly git Experience working with defect tracking tools such as JIRA is required. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders Prior experience in testing/validating SDK will be a big plus. Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies will be a plus.
