**Team/Role Overview**
MO Static & Reporting Supervisor is an intermediate level position responsible for organising the BAU tasks of the EMEA Middle Office Static & Reporting Team. The team takes care of system parametrisation to ensure smooth processing of orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Processing teams. The overall objective of the successful candidate is to combine the senior expert role with supervisor’s responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback
+ Ensuring timely and accurate parametrisation of funds/brokers/custodians in trade processing systems
+ Assist Team Manager in performance evaluation of team members, recognise team strengths and weaknesses
+ Handle escalations as first point of contact
+ Pro-active risk management and responsibility for adequate procedures and effective controls as well as satisfying audit and regulatory requirements
+ Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies, in conjunction with professional judgement to make process improvement recommendations
+ Resolve settlement related issues and escalate as needed; recommend solutions to resolve complex issues
+ Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms
+ Identify policy gaps and formulate new policies to enhance the streamlining of trade flow processes
+ Monitor and provide solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank
+ Provide informal guidance, and/or on the job training to new team members
**Requirements:**
+ At least 3 years of relevant experience
+ Demonstrated knowledge of financial operations
+ Fluency in English in speaking, reading and writing
+ Good working knowledge of MS Office
+ SWIFT knowledge is beneficial
+ SQL code knowledge is beneficial
