As a Business Process Management Associate within the Commercial and Investment Banking Middle Office Procedures team, you will be responsible for providing management information reporting and data analytics support for Knowledge Management team.
Job responsibilities
Responsible for meeting reporting and data deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy. Monitors all relevant data sources ensuring integrity and all issues are resolved/escalated in a timely manner. Closely work with internal stakeholders on projects deliveries, solution, and design. Work cross-functionally with other teams to interpret data, present results, and insights. Works directly with Associates/ Senior managers to identify technology, resource and/or process needs. Identifies opportunities for improvements in the process and recommends solutions. Delivers reporting requirement for Business As Usual (BAU) task and Content uplift metrics. Recommends process improvement and streamlining opportunities to management.Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
At least 2+ years of relevant experience Strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level. Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities Proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation Advanced Proficiency in Data visualization and technology tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PitchPro, Python, SharePoint forms. Operational Excellence & Innovation: The candidate will be required to drive innovative solutions for efficient operations and prioritize key technology enhancements across various processes that will support productivity and controls enhancement. Additionally, he/ she will have to identify project opportunities which will lead to significant business impact leading to enhance impactful delivery, reduce both manual effort and risk. Project Management: The role will involve strong stakeholder partnership ensuring our stakeholders are given timely feedback on the status of their procedure change requests and escalate any issues that will hinder delivery timeline. Risk and Controls: Everyone is encouraged to operate with a risk control mindset ensuring changes, process improvements are executed adhering to our control standards such as end user computing controls and records management.
Shift Schedule: 5pm-2am PHT, Weekends off
