Candidates are also expected to have the ability to work and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and have familiarity developing for both Windows and Linux OS. ​ **​** **Basic Qualifications** + ​Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in software engineering, computer science, or an equivalent engineering or science degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience in a related field or Masters degree from an accredited university in software engineering, computer science, or an equivalent engineering or science degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience in a related field.. + ​Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. + North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama, AL, area. ​ **​** **Preferred Qualifications** ​In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate should be highly organized, demonstrating the ability to lead small software projects because this position does offer leadership growth potential.
