The Mission:
The C3TO Contract provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology Field
Experience: At least four years of hands-on experience in technical forensic extraction and analysis using commercially available software operating on a Windows Operating System file structure.
Individual must possess Secret Clearance
Competency using various audio/video extraction and editing software solutions in tandem with understanding the common media formats such as: WMA, WMV, AVI, MPEG, WAV, MP3, and RM including conversion and various CODECs
Competency regarding forensic biometric operations and exploiting digital biometrics including facial and voice biometric modalities, accept additional in-theater training with CJTF-OIR specific biometric activities
Competency regarding performing analog-to-digital format conversion to .wav, .mp3, and .wma formats
Competency regarding utilizing various programs to convert: VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, Beta SP, Beta 3/4, and HI-8 into DVD, VCD, and/or AVI type files into command-directed digital formats in order to upload to the designated server, exploiting all the digital signatures including biometrics
Competency with extracting particular details from the exploited media including digital and human perceptible signatures resulting in potential personality or network attribution.
Competency with conducting match analysis, and producing post-match reports regarding the biometric and technical signature attribution
Competency with performing network analysis from the exploited media including associating technical and biometric connections between discovered personalities and technical nodes
Strong writing and presentation-building skills utilizing MS Office Suite
Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information and analysis of discovered personalities, signature, connections, and networks, as applicable

The proposed salary range for this position is:
