The Mid-Level Data Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. This role involves managing data sets, ensuring data quality, and creating detailed reports and visualizations. The Mid-Level Data Analyst collaborates closely with the OCM team and stakeholders to understand their objectives and to drive data-informed decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
Help design and implement repeatable data pipelines to automate the transfer of stakeholder information into the Stakeholder Management ToolEnsure that data pipelines are robust and adaptable to evolving stakeholder management requirements and stakeholder needsServe as the administrator for the Stakeholder Management Tool, responsible for setting up new user accounts, disabling accounts, and configuring access permissionsCustomize views and dashboards within the tool to reflect stakeholder information, ensuring they meet the program's requirements for assessments, engagements, and trainingImplement minor configuration changes to the tool as needed to maintain its functionality and usabilityAssist in the initial setup of the Stakeholder Management Tool and provide ongoing supportConduct data analysis and generate reports, dashboards, and data files based on stakeholder information to assist in tracking stakeholder engagement, adoption, and feedbackUse data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) along with scripting languages such as Python, R, or SQL to transform data into meaningful insights for stakeholders based on Government requirementsMonitor the quality and accuracy of stakeholder data within the tool, troubleshoot any database issues, and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrityPerform regular audits of data pipelines and stakeholder information to maintain currency of dataAdminister post-implementation surveys and analyze the collected data to measure the impact of the changes and generate feedback reportsMaintain and ensure the accessibility of stakeholder data for Government representativesModify and update data elements in collaboration with the Government, pending approvalProvide access and training on the Stakeholder Tool in the event of personnel changes QualificationsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in data analysis or related fieldsStrong understanding of data analysis methods, statistical modeling, and data visualizationProficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)Advanced data analysis, reporting, and visualization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearlyEligible for or possesses active/interim Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated skill in taking initiative, showing sound judgment, and making the decisionExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in configuration, customization, APIs, ACLs, and advanced scriptingCandidates with ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist certifications such as the following are prioritized: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow ITOM-related Foundations trainingAgile/Scrum related certificationsITIL v3 or v4 Certification#LI-Remote
