Provide 24/7 support for workload automation applications, ensuring uninterrupted service and timely issue resolution.Provide 2nd level application support for customer reported issues and requests.Perform troubleshooting to resolve reported issues and requests based on KPI''s and document the solutions to enrich reusable solution database.Performs daily operational tasks including monitoring, trouble shooting, error corrections and etc.Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement according to industry best practices.Coordinate with various application teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.Handle support queries from customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed and track them through to resolution.Utilize BMC Remedy SMT for ticket handling and query management.Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Collaborate effectively with global teams, and flexibility for 24/7 support requirements rotational Schedule.QualificaçõesComplete Higher Education in Computer Science (Analysis, Science or Engineering)Experience in IT systems support or related fields is a plusBasic understanding and experience with workload automation applications isadvantageousFamiliarity with ITIL service management processes is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work well within a team and across global teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality support services.Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Basic understating on what is SAP, Windows & Unix serverGood analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.Work experience in incident management support tool like BMC Remedy,Service Now.English - Fluent
