Requirement:

Have over 10 years of experienced in SCCM and Microsoft Intune Act as the technical leader and subject matter expert for SCCM and Microsoft Intune, providing strategic direction, architecture, and hands-on support for the organization’s endpoint management solutions. Lead the design and implementation of complex SCCM and Intune infrastructures for managing both on-premises and cloud-based devices, ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems.Oversee large-scale deployments and migrations, including operating system deployments, software updates, application packaging, and mobile device management (MDM). Define and enforce best practices for SCCM and Intune configurations, security policies, compliance rules, and application protection policies across the organization. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues related to SCCM, Intune, and associated technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to the organization. Drive the adoption of new features and functionalities within SCCM and Intune, guiding teams through the implementation of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with business needs, security standards, and compliance regulations. Provide leadership in defining and implementing endpoint security strategies, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into system health, patch compliance, application deployments, and endpoint security status. Mentor and train technical teams, sharing expertise on advanced SCCM/Intune configurations, scripting automation (PowerShell), and troubleshooting techniques. Conduct risk assessments and ensure that endpoint management strategies comply with organizational and industry security standards. Lead continuous improvement efforts, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance and scalability. Act as a liaison between IT leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on endpoint management strategies and solutions.
