Ensure the profitability of SoftwareOne with all of the Microsoft programs landing Ensures advanced level knowledge of service and solution offerings specific to Microsoft to align with Microsoft requirement to land a specific program. Works with Sellers, Solution Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and backend team to ensure completion of each of the program requirements Maintains expert program knowledge to enablement each of the stakeholders to ensure proper execution of the program Acts as one of the liaisons partner channel/sales teams to promote SoftwareONE within Microsoft organization. Indirectly leads teams of individuals tied to operational or program support of partner. Regularly communicates updates to partner initiatives and keeps partner highly visible within the SWO organization Serves as a SWO advocate to Microsoft and ensures they are up to speed on SWO’s strategic initiatives (aka acquisitions) and vision. Launch new programs internally at SoftwareONE and manage all workstreams specific to the publisher motion and our Go-to-Market methodology What we need to see from you Designs, develops and implements sales programs and/or strategies to support the organization's services and solutions. Designs, develops and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives. Sells a portfolio of the organization's and/or third-party solutions directly to end user organizations.
